Large Pink Uranium Crystal Pendant and Chain with Vintage Uranium Swarovski Crystal Elements in a Rose Gold Tone Setting UV Reactive Glow

Stunning large statement rose gold tone, oval pendant.

This fabulous large oval pendant has been handmade using a vintage German pendant blank adorned with vintage pink Swarovski crystal rivioli stones in a flower formation set in crystal clay.
The centre is a yellow Czech glass cabochon. and there are tiny green crystal accents.

This is an absolutely beautiful super sparkling large sized crystal pendant and is a one of a kind piece.

The pink and green crystals glow beautifully under UV light due to the presence of Uranium.

The metal and crystal components used to make this piece are ‘new’ vintage dead stock items, circa 1940’s - 1980’s.

About Uranium Glass -

Uranium glass / crystals glow a vibrant, bright green under a blacklight / UV light.
Uranium, usually in Oxide Diuranate form was added to a glass mix before melting to result in a beautiful green colour. Naturally Uranium glass in direct sunlight will give of a fluorescent green colour and due to it's glowing properties under UV light Uranium glass has become highly collectible today.
Uranium can be found in green glass, yellow glass and even white and blue glass although the majority is green.
